Since I am one of the writers in our school newspaper, I want all the past issues of our newspaper to be organized so there would be no faults. Everything will be found easily once you search for them. We have tried almost all kinds of organizers throughout the years. And as always, we have failed. We did not know what to do because there are so many newspapers in the archive and we do not know where we will place them. Of course, throwing them is not an option because they are the fruits of our hard work. We should keep them as reference and memories. Then I thought of searching the web for programs that offer such because I think that it would be easier if we would keep them on a hard drive or somewhere which is a good storage. When I found this site, I got so excited to try the Scan Software at once because I think it really is a good investment.

After convincing the other members of the school newspaper, they agreed that we purchase the software. Some were still not sure and so we tried the free trial version of the software. When they saw how the software works, everyone was so amazed that they want to have the purchased version right away. They were so sure that the software helps in organizing all the newspapers we have clustered all over the room. This will help because there will be less paper.
